Texture sheets & silkscreens should both be cleaned immediately after use. Failure to do so may damage your product and make it unusable for future applications. Texture sheets may be wiped down with a baby wipe after use. Silkscreens should immediately be washed with lukewarm water and a gentle soap to remove any debris. Both texture sheets and stencils should not be heated. Doing so will result in damaging your product.

Texture sheets are made from flexible plastic that can be rolled over clay to imprint a design. They may also be used as a stencil to apply mediums such as paint or powders. Silkscreens may also be imprinted on clay to create texture but are mostly used for applying paint to a surface. Silkscreens will be more detailed designs and are made with vinyl and mesh.

Each order is handmade and requires 3-5 days to make. Depending on how many orders are ahead of yours as well as the type of product and amount you ordered will determine the timeline for processing.

Absolutely. However, you will be required to pay for shipping again if an order is returned to me because of an incorrect address. Please double-check your address when initially placing an order to avoid shipping issues.

If you receive a damaged product, please message me directly with a picture of the product as well as the packaging. When I determine what the issue with the product is, I will work with you to replace the damaged item or issue a refund.

At this time, I am not accepting commissions for custom work.

I am happy to discuss solutions for missing packages but will not refund a product if tracking information is still up to date. If an extended amount of time has passed between the ship date and current tracking information, I will refund the order. Otherwise, please be patient as many postal services are experiencing delays.
